DoSTOR Aug13,2008--Acording to IDC "China storage market tracking quarterly report (2007)", in 2007 China's disk storage grew 24.2 percent compared to 2006 and revenue to 1.1418 billion U.S. dollars.
External disk storage market worth 871.8 million U.S. dollars with a growth rate of 27.5 percent and the disk capacity of 149.3 PB.
IDC predicted from 2008 to 2012, the annual compound growth rate of China's external disk storage market would be 14.7 percent .
