CA formally ended its 10 years' direct-sales business model in China, started to cooperate fully with the channel. Nick Ellis, vice president of channel sales CA Asia-Pacific and Japan, says that Digital China is China's largest IT product distributor and systems integrator. DC covered a wide range of market, and understand Chinese market very well. Thus DC is the ideal partner of CA in China.CA hopes to broaden and deepen the China market with the help of DC.
Li Shengli, general manager of Software Division Digital China, says that DC will find costomers who already deployed CA's products; secondly, they will focus on industries with mature IT systems, such as telecommunications and finance. Of course, DC will take advantage of its own distributors to cover the wide market. Li Shengli also says that they are sure to offer service to CA's previous users.
